About

Hi, I’m Jenni.

I’m an artist, avid journaler, yoga teacher, creative explorer, and someone deeply curious about what it means to fully live a human life.

Over the years, I’ve worn many different hats—Navy veteran, corporate professional, stay-at-home mom, yoga teacher, artist, workshop facilitator.  Somewhere along the way, I realized that the moments that impacted me most were often the ones that cracked life open a little wider. The moments that made me pause, reflect, question, create, connect, or begin again.

Creativity has become one of the ways I process and experience life most honestly. Through painting, writing, movement, conversation, and trying new things, I’ve found myself increasingly drawn to the deeper layers of being human—identity, change, connection, grief, joy, impermanence, legacy, and the many transitions we move through as we grow older.

Much of my work and reflection centers around the idea that life is constantly changing. We experience so many versions of ourselves throughout a lifetime. Friendships evolve, children grow, identities shift, seasons begin and end, and sometimes we wake up and realize how quickly time moves. I’ve become interested in how those experiences shape us, wake us up, and deepen the way we live and connect.

I’m also a Certified End-of-Life Doula and hospice volunteer. In addition to supporting individuals and families at the end of life, I spend time visiting residents in senior living communities—listening to their stories, sharing conversation, and simply being present. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for storytelling, emotional honesty, and the importance of truly seeing one another while we are here.  This has led me to my newest passion, legacy work.

These days, home is Woodstock, Georgia, where life is shared with my husband, our two teenage boys, Dug, our Holland Lop bunny, and Bear, our newest adventure, Bear, an English Labrador puppy with a big personality and an even bigger purpose. We hope that one day he'll join me in visiting senior living communities and hospice as a certified therapy dog, bringing comfort, connection, and plenty of tail wags along the way.

This website is a place where all of those parts of me come together—artwork, reflections, workshops, evolving ideas, and honest conversations about creativity, humanity, connection, and living fully.

I don’t claim to have life figured out. I’m simply interested in paying attention to it more deeply.

And maybe inviting others to do the same.
